Common questions
- I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the Login screen and we'll email you a reset code.
- My verification code didn't arrive. Check your spam folder. If still missing, tap "Resend code" on the verification screen.
- I want to cancel my premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Open your device's subscription settings to cancel.
- I want to delete my account. Visit our Delete Account page to request permanent deletion of your data.
- I spotted a wrong answer in a question. Please report it via the in-app Contact form (choose "Question Content Issue") — we re-audit reported questions promptly.
- The app won't load or keeps crashing. Try closing the app fully and reopening. If the problem persists, please contact us with your device model and a screenshot.
