Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Revise UK mobile application ("the App") operated by Revise UK ("we", "our", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Revise UK is an exam revision application that provides practice questions for career-specific qualifications including Construction, CITB/CSCS, First Aid, Health and Safety, and Lifeguard and Pool Emergency. The App is intended as a study aid and does not guarantee exam success.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The App offers both free and premium content. Free users have access to all question banks with a limit of 2 exams per 24-hour period. Premium subscribers gain unlimited daily exams and an ad-free experience. Subscription prices and terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
All content within the App, including questions, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Revise UK and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure questions are accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any exam or obtaining any qualification. The App is a revision aid and should be used alongside other study materials and official guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revise UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that may harm other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
